Founder & Footwear Consultant
Enrico Pesallaccia
A footwear professional with over 40 years of experience. He worked with Puma, Fila and Gruppo Sixty as head of footwear. In the Middle East he managed distribution for Wolverine brands — Caterpillar, Sebago, Merrell, Saucony and Keds — as well as La Martina, Tommy Hilfiger, Love Moschino and Versace Jeans. Today he focuses on business development, product marketing and footwear commercialisation.

Riccardo Sardini
A partner at Brand & Management Consulting since 2018. After a commercial role at a company specialising in prototypes and samples for international fashion houses, he moved to Guangzhou in 2014 as business manager for ShengDi Group. He developed Project 6 in Shiling, brought Italian brands into the centre and contributed to its exclusive agreement with Lineapelle Milano. He also advised chinaleather.org and represented Lineapelle in Asia.
