Usage data and analytics

We use a self-hosted Rybbit instance for aggregated analytics. We do not store IP addresses or use analytics cookies, and anonymous identifiers are renewed daily. We collect page views, referrals, performance and technical errors.

Enquiries

Data voluntarily submitted by email is used only to answer the enquiry and retained only as necessary.

Consultation bookings

Bookings are managed through our Nextcloud instance. Your name, email address, date, time and optional message are processed to organise the consultation, send confirmations and create the Nextcloud Talk room.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of or objection to processing by writing to the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
